Instructions

Keep the beans soak for a day.

Drain, place in a crock pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil; over low heat cook in the pot covered for about 3 hours, stirring often.

Pour the mashed beans thus obtained into a large pot and let it dry 30 minutes.

The cicoriella boil in salted water.

Assist in individual dishes and cicoriella puree and drizzle with oil.

Dip each forkful of cicoriella in mashed.

Critical to the success of the dish is the quality of the oil.
