Instructions

Put the roast in a pan with the vegetables and the blood sausage cut into pieces; cover with the wine, then add herbs, pine nuts, a pinch of cinnamon and salt and leave to macerate for about 4 hours.

Cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, pass the broth through a sieve, pour it over the meat cut into slices and serve.
