French roast
Instructions
Picket the meat with strips of bacon, then wrap it in bacon slices.
Put it in a baking dish with the carrot and onion into slices, flavourings, salt and oil.
Bake at 200 degrees for an hour and a half, wetting with broth.
Remove the bacon, slice the roast and serve with the cooking smoothie.
