Instructions

Chop the olives, capers, anchovy fillet and parsley and put everything into a bowl with a little salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.

Cook the burgers in a pan with oil and butter for 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.

Arrange on a serving dish, sprinkle with the prepared sauce and serve.
