Tofu burgers
Instructions
Chop vegetables, mushrooms and seitan and lightly Sauté them in a pan.
Crumbled tofu with your hands and mix well in a bowl with all other ingredients.
With the mixture obtained form 6-7 hamburger-shaped croquettes.
Dip the croquettes in hot oil and let Brown on both sides.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of tofu
- 100 g of seitan
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 mushrooms
- 1 cup of cooked brown rice
- 2 tablespoons of hazelnut butter
- 100 G = = wholemeal flour
- 1 teaspoon of miso
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Little of thyme
- Frying oil
