Hamburgers in red wine
Instructions
Sauté in a pan approximately 75 g chopped onions with a clove of garlic.
Flour still frozen hamburgers and sauté with oil.
Pass then in fried onions, Deglaze with red wine, add a pinch of nutmeg and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper if necessary.

- 75 g of finely chopped onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Frozen burgers
- Red wine
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
