Hamburger in cognac
Instructions
Wash and chop Sage and Rosemary.
Brown the butter in a frying pan, place the burgers thawed and passed in breadcrumbs, let them cook for 5-6 minutes, season with salt and sprinkle with chopped aromas.
Cook for another 5 minutes, spray them with cognac, let it evaporate and serve hot.

- 4 hamburger beefburger findus
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 40 g of butter
- 1 dram of cognac
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Salt
