Semolina halva
Instructions
Melt 100 g of butter in a pan and pour in 200 g of sugar and 200 g semolina.
Stir until semolina for a long time is well toasted.
Sprinkle with 1/2 liter of warm water and a glass of orange flower water.
Cook on low heat until all the water is absorbed and the cooked semolina.
Add 100 g of raisins found in warm water and 100 g of chopped pistachios.
Stir well and let cool.
Serve directly in the pan.
