Halibut with garlic
Instructions
Thaw the ' tiles ' of halibut by half-hour bath in such cold water.
Soak the capers changing the water two or three times.
Divide the garlic cloves in half, depriving them of the soul.
Peel the potatoes and make them into small pieces.
When cold put all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook covered for focus 20/25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of salted capers
- 4 sundried tomatoes
- Oregano
- White pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 potatoes
