Mash the pulp with a fork of three avocado peeled.
Blend in the mixer onions, tomatoes and peppers.
Mix to obtain a smooth cream that goes dressed with oil, salt and pepper.
The guacamole is used to fill tortillas but is also excellent on lightly toasted bread slices.
