Roast veal with omelette
Instructions
With eggs prepared an omelet and cook so that remains soft consistency.
Beat the slice of meat, salt and pepper, lay over the omelette, and above this the ham.
Roll up the meat and tie so that the ' salami ' remains in good shape.
In a saucepan heat the butter with some spoons of oil, insaporitevi the meat and cook for about an hour over medium-low.
Cut into thin slices, place them in a circle and serve with spinach in butter.

- 3 eggs
- 3 slices cooked ham
- 40 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
