Gratin of zucchini and eggs
Instructions
Wash the zucchini, cut the ends and put them on vegetable grater into thin strips.
You heat the oven to 200° c (thermostat 6).
Melt 30 g butter in a pan and saute the zucchini on medium heat for five minutes.
Add the flour, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon and turmeric.
Add salt and pepper, cover and simmer for three minutes.
Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk and half gruyere.
Add salt and pepper and beat with a fork.
Grease a baking dish of porcelain or glass.
Pour the zucchini with the flour, then the beaten eggs with milk.
Sprinkle with gruyere.
Bake and simmer for twenty minutes.
Serve warm in pan as soon as the surface of the gratin is golden.
