Crabmeat gratin
Instructions
In a large frying pan, preferably non-stick, melt 80 g of butter and saute the onion, garlic and Leek (previously cleaned, rinsed and chopped) for about 10 minutes.
Soon after, add the crab meat, parsley and finely chopped Basil (also rinsed very carefully).
Stir quickly and add the salt and pepper.
Simmer the whole thing for another 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the flour and sprayed with champagne and continue cooking at low heat.
When cooked, split the mixture into four greased oven trays with butter and sprinkled with bread crumbs, and, after adding some butter bake for about 10 minutes at 250 degrees.

- 400 g of crabmeat au naturel
- 1 glass sparkling wine
- 100 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
