Gratin of potatoes and ham (2)
Instructions
Grease an ovenproof dish, widely cover the bottom with slices of ham, sprinkle onion sliced thin and Golden in butter, then slices of cheese.
These place a layer of potatoes cut in thin discs, salted lightly, put here and there of the butter flakes and then a layer of prosciutto slices, repeating until the layer of potatoes.
