Gratin of potatoes and onions (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly.
Remove the peel and slice onion into rings.
Grease baking dish and add 1 to alternate layers the potatoes and onions, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper and butter flakes.
The last layer should be.
Compress well and sprinkle the remaining butter into pieces.
Pour into baking dish, milk to moisten all the potatoes, (not cover) and pass in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
