Gratin of potatoes (3)
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water, pass through and prepared a mashed with hot milk and melted butter.
Grease a baking dish from oven and sprinkle of breadcrumbs, sprinkle a thick purée, prosciutto and fontina concluding with the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 200 degrees to conclude with a few minutes of grill to take color.

- 8 potatoes
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 300 g of thin sliced fontina cheese
- 150 g of ham
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
