Instructions

Arrange the potatoes cut into thin slices in a round baking dish forming concentric circles and overlapping layers.

Season each layer with salt, pepper, nutmeg, cheese and some butter flakes.

Cover with milk and bring to the baking heat to 180 degrees.

Finally gratinate under the grill.
