Instructions

Macerate the berries with Orange Liquor for 30 minutes.

In a saucepan, whisk the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour and dilute the spilled milk.

Boil sweet heat, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the berries and place them in a buttered baking dish, pour over the cream, sprinkle with brown sugar and go under the grill for a few minutes.

Serve warm.
