Gratin of cauliflower
Instructions
Wash away the cauliflower and divide it into florets.
Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes, drain.
Prepare a white sauce melt the butter in a saucepan, combine the two flours, stirring, then milk and a pinch of salt.
Remove from heat and add the chopped parsley, washed and dried.
Put florets in a buttered baking dish, cover them with bechamel sauce and pass them in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
