Veal roast with mustard
Instructions
Spread the meat with mustard and let it rest for a few hours.
In a saucepan melt the butter from roast, place the meat, salted and pour the cream.
Bake in hot oven one and a half hours at 150 degrees.
Cut into slices and cover with the sauce.
Serve with mashed potatoes.

- 900 g of veal walnut
- 1 jar of spicy mustard
- 25 cl of cream
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
