Instructions
In a glass jar is to soak the grappa with skins of three oranges cut into cubes and peel from white along with 30 g sugar.
It exposes the pot in the Sun for six weeks.
After this period the mixture seeps and eaten fresh.
Do you offer this liquor in small clear glasses to better appreciate its color.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of grappa
- 1 handful of orange zest (yellow part only)
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 30 g of sugar
