Instructions

Put the sugar in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil, stirring often with a wooden spoon to melt the sugar.

Remove the syrup from the heat, add the lemon juice and let cool completely.

Pass the mixture through a fine mesh cloth, pour it into ice trays and keep it in the freezer for 3 hours, stirring with a wooden spoon every 30 minutes.

Spent the time defendant, combined with the ice-blended the egg white snow firmly mounted and vanilla sugar; mix thoroughly, then add the rum and put in freezer for an hour.

Spread the crushed ice into 4 glasses and serve immediately.
