Instructions

Mix the lemon juice with water and sugar, pour it into a plastic container and put it in the freezer.

After two hours, cut the mixture into pieces and put in the freezer.

Do this a couple more times to give crushed ice its characteristic granular composition.

To get the same result more quickly you can put frozen compound directly in Blender at medium speed or scratch with the special tool a large piece of ice and then pour over the mixture.

This is the typical granita (or itchy) selling kiosks along the waterfront of our cities.
