Cheese gougere
Instructions
With the listed ingredients prepared a pasta from cream puffs following the instructions in the recipe and using milk instead of water.
When the pasta is ready, dress with salt and ground pepper and a generous and carefully fold the grated Gruyere.
Oven plate lined with a sheet of buttered greaseproof paper, tracciatevi above a circle of 18 cm in diameter and, using this as a guide, distributed on the plate, spoon, the warm dough now.
Filled in the blanks with the rest of the dough.
The bun in the oven is already hot (190 degrees) for 45 minutes.
Together in a bowl the ingredients for the filling, mix them to mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Cut horizontally the Gougere and fill with prepared stuffing.
Serve immediately.

- 120 g of gruyere cheese

- 125 g of flour
- 80 g of butter
- 30 cl of milk
- 2 eggs
- For the filling:
- 400 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of fresh chives
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
