Instructions

Place ice in a shaker and add the Gin, sugar, egg yolk and lemon juice.

Close, shake for a few seconds, then pour the mixture into the tumbler.

Fill with soda very cold.

This drink can be prepared also in the Blender, using however crushed ice and add the soda, finally, into the glass.
