Instructions
Peel the pumpkin, cut into slices and cook in boiling salted water.
Drain, place in a bowl and crush with a fork.
When is warm add the milk, the egg and flour and mix well by mixing all the ingredients together so that it is a soft batter.
Put on the heat a pan of salted water, when the water boils, form dumplings with a spoon and cook them, one at a time, until rising to the surface.
Drain the gnocchi and place them in a soup-tureen; season with tomato sauce and cheese or melted butter.
