Instructions
Boil the pumpkin cut into pieces in milk until it is almost completely rout.
Pass it through a sieve and place it on the fire to let the appliance dry.
Allow to cool then add the pumpkin purée the egg yolks, flour, chopped herbs, parmesan and salt and work the mixture.
If it is too soft add another flour.
Form of gnocchi and throw them in boiling salted water.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, drain and toss with butter and Parmesan cheese.

- 400 g of already cleaned pumpkin
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- Basil
- Nutmeg
- Butter
- Salt
