After dumplings
Instructions
Mix together the two flours with 1 tablespoon salt and boiling water until you get a soft dough.
With the dough obtained form small cylinders of about an inch.
Pour in boiling water and drain when they are afloat.
Prepare gravy take a garlic and chilli oil.
Add the tomato.
Let stand for a few minutes and pour over dumplings.

- 500 g of white flour
- 500 g of after (wholemeal)
- Water as required
- 1 tablespoon of salt

- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
