Instructions
Mix together with 150 g milk 100 g of water and 7 tablespoons of cream of rice precooked.
Put on the fire and stir continuously until the mixture becomes hard.
Pour into a dish, forming a layer of 1 cm thick and cut into cubes, as soon as it has cooled.
Before serving, place in oven with some butter and grated Parmesan.

- Some flakes of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
