Boil the milk with a pinch of salt, pour with rain the semolina and cook for 15 minutes stirring constantly.

Chop vegetables and fry with 20 g of butter, add chopped herbs and pepper.

Add the semolina mixture, egg yolks, 30 g of parmesan and mix.

Upside down on a table and cut into rings.

Place them in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with butter and parmesan and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
