Gnocchi with sausage
Instructions
Chop garlic and onion and dice the bacon.
Saute in a little butter.
Combine the chopped sausage and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the cream and continue cooking for 15 minutes over low heat.
Boil the gnocchi, drain and toss with the sausage sauce and Parmesan.

- 750 g of potato dumplings
- 15 small pork sausages
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g of bacon
- 1/2 cup of cream
