Gnocchetti sardi with ricotta
Instructions
Saute the sliced onion in oil, add the tomatoes, Cook for 10 minutes, add chopped parsley and ricotta and mix.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water, toss with sauce, sprinkle with pepper and serve.

- 350 g of type sardinian pasta dumplings
- 200 g of ricotta
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- Olive oil
