Rice dumplings in broth
Instructions
Prepared on fire one litre of broth and keep it warm.
Put in a saucepan two glasses of milk and one of water and add salt.
Add the rice and cook until it has absorbed all the liquid.
Once cooked, remove from heat and add the butter, egg and grated cheese.
Let it cool, when the mixture is cooled, make balls and put them in flour.
Put the oil in a pan, when you pour boiling balls and FRY; remove the ball from the oil and place them on plates.
Pour the hot broth over dumplings and serve.
