Cheese dumplings in broth
Instructions
In a bowl mix the butter until you obtain a cream.
Mix the egg yolk, one tablespoon of grated cheese and flour.
Stir the ingredients, add the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil the chicken broth or veal.
Take the mixture in spoonfuls.
When the dumplings are afloat are cooked.
Drain Them.
Place in Bowl and serve with plenty of grated cheese.
