Delicious Dumplings (Gnocchetti Deliziosi)
Instructions
Boil the spinach, pass them in a pan with a little butter and 1 garlic clove and chop.
Boil the milk, salt, pour in the semolina and cook for 12 minutes.
Remove from heat, incorporate spinach, egg, 2 large handfuls of cheese into balls.
Brown garlic in oil, add the tomatoes, chopped Basil and cook for 10 minutes.
Boil the gnocchi and toss with the sauce and Parmesan to taste.
