Delicate dumplings
Instructions
In a Pan fry the onion peeled and crushed with butter without letting it Brown.
Join then flour and stemperatela well with a wooden spoon; diluted by adding little by little warm milk, without ceasing to stir.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg; Add crumbled bouillon and simmer for 12 minutes.
Once this is done, add the Saffron dissolved in a little cream, stir for distemper, then add all the remaining cream.
Heat it for a few seconds, add the grated Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Drain the gnocchi rise to the surface, just dress in layers with the prepared sauce and serve.
