Aromatic dumplings
Instructions
Brown garlic in oil, then add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
Dissolve saffron in a little water and add to sauce along with capers, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add milk flakes and remove from heat.
Boil the gnocchi, drain and pour into the sauce pan, stir and season with grated pecorino.

- 200 g of milk flakes
- 150 g of tomato
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 clove of garlic
