The sardinian gnocchetti
Instructions
Peel and pass through a sieve the tomato.
Cut the sausage into cubes, browned in a pan with the finely sliced onion and olive oil, then add the tomato puree and a style of Saffron.
Half-cooked, season with salt and add the Basil.
Cook slowly for 55 minutes.
Drain the gnocchi, put them in a large bowl and toss with the sauce and grated pecorino cheese.

- 100 g of soft sardinian sausage
- 1000 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of seasoned pecorino cheese
