Mountain cheese dumplings
Instructions
Put on a pot with salted water, boil and cook the dumplings for at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut all the cheeses into cubes.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and put it back into the cooking pot, add the cheese, butter and Parmesan.
Stir thoroughly and serve.

- 350 g of type sardinian pasta dumplings
- 30 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 30 g of toma cheese
- 30 g of fresh ricotta
- 30 g of fontina cheese
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
