Instructions

Put the meat in a roasting pan with chopped onion, carrot, celery, 2 Bay leaves, nutmeg, salt, pepper and butter.

Let Brown turning the meat occasionally, add the marsala and when evaporated, place 1/2 liter of water.

Simmer slowly.

Cut the meat into slices and pour over the sauce.
