Carp giorba
Instructions
Peel and coarsely chop the vegetables and put them to cook in a quart of salted water with chopped Rosemary and two bay leaves.
When almost cooked add the salted water; After a few minutes add the CARP cleaned and cut into large chunks and rice.
Simmer until cooked and in the last moments together a handful of chopped parsley.

- 1000 g of carp
- 3 carrots
- 2 great tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 2 leaves of laurel

- 1 1/2 cup of strongly water acidulated with lemon juice
