Roast pork with plums
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter and 4 tablespoons oil, lay the meat tied up and bake 1/4 of an hour turning the tenderloin to take color.

Pour in the wine and let evaporate.
Add the prunes first softened in water, then wring and cut in half.
Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Cut into slices and served with plum sauce.

- 800 g of pork tenderloin
- 40 g of butter
- 8 prunes
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
